Hi! My name is Pazao Lee (she/her/hers) and I am the President of MGC. I am currently a 4th year student majoring in Environmental Science and minoring in Computer Science and Geospatial Analysis. I was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota and am obsessed with mountains so I moved out to the PNW. Unfortunately, Pullman has no mountains. During my free time, I enjoy napping, camping, taking long walks, traveling, and eating cookies. I also have a 4-year-old pet bird named Syden, after Poseidon, the Greek God.
I love learning, especially the process of learning, and I have an everyday goal of picking up something new even if it seems insignificant at the time. As a first-generation Hmong American, learning more about my native language, culture, and cultural traditions excite me. I also enjoy spending time in the outdoors, and it pains me as I learn more about the direction we are forcing our planet to continue towards. However, it's been my childhood dream, now life goal, to be more educated on the environment and the impact humans have on the environment, and to apply that knowledge towards a doctorate's degree.
